Role Description

As a Growth Manager you are responsible to manage the Product Sales and Marketing. You will work closely with the Product Managers to understand the product or services we sell, their key features, USP, value, understanding the User Persona, market this will help you to create strategies to sell the product into the market. You will work with MOJO storytellers in the Marketing Tech arena, they will support you to create content for marketing and sales campaigns.

You would be responsible to analyse competitors and help create product cost structure and strategy, sales strategy, sales performance. Sales workshop, set up and train sales teams for demo’s and workshops, customer service.

Programme Management

  • Manage multiple sales channel
  • Manage Sales Team and Sales Target
  • Manage Marketing Team and strategy
  • Managing project fiscal and time budgets for Sales and Engagement Campaign
  • UX, Media, Creative and Strategic direction and coordination
  • Manage Customers and Customer Service, teams
  • Market and Competitor Analysis
  • Sales Report updates to Management Team
  • Plan and execute marketing automations

Industry Knowledge

  • Demonstrated credibility in relation to technical, customer service, and strategic sales knowledge
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
  • Experience with pricing

Team Communication

  • Running review meetings with Teams (face-to-face, call, chat)
  • Online updates with all stakeholders through collaborative online tools such as Slack, JIRA, Basecamp, etc.

Other duties

  • Generative AI integration into workflow
  • As needed

  • 3+ years UX/Media/Marketing/Strategy project design/management work experience in one of key verticals (Consumer Electronics, Internet, IT)
  • (UG/Masters Degree in Visual Communications, Multimedia, Design Management, Marketing Management, Advertisings Design, UX/Interactive Media
  • Strong portfolio featuring digital work that showcases relevant practical experience
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Japanese a bonus)
