Role Description

Working closely with Business Growth Strategy, MOJO Academy and O2O Marketing team on client, product and internal communications work.

Trend Research

  • Review and summarise industry in digital transformation across digital economy areas
  • Managing case internal and external case study database
  • Preparing MOJO THINK articles to report on key trends

User Research (Online and Offline)

  • Interview planning
  • Managing outsource recruiting vendors
  • Conducting or supporting interviews
  • Conducting online questionnaire research
  • Conducting online sentiment analysis through social using NLP tools
  • Use of data-visualisation tools to support insights generation 

Strategy News and Report Curation

  • Creating report templates in In-Design
  • Preparing strategy trend and analysis reports for clients and internal use

Strategy Tool Creation

  • Working with other practices to develop new online/offline strategy tools and templates to be used in MOJO projects (focus on data-driven AI tools)

Professional Development Contents

  • Developing materials for professional develop courses (case studies)
  • Supporting MOJO Academy instructors in their research activities

Other duties

  • As needed

  • Postgraduate degree in Digital Business, Digital Innovation, Design Strategy, Digital Strategy, Economics, Politics or International Business.
  • Proficiency in Porters 5 forces business analysis, Red Ocean/Blue Ocean model, Strageizer Business Canvas, Design Thinking.
  • Appreciation of the central role of Design in technology application
  • Proven experience in the following area Gaming, AdTech, Agritech, EdTech, MedTech, Design, and SmartCity applications
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent written english
  • English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent TOEIC 820/ EIKEN Grade 1 ) 
  • Second fluent language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish)
