Role Description
Working in the EMERGE Global Acceleration team you will be responsible for lead generation and management of our global community online and offline. Including startups, SMEs, government agencies, venture, NPOs and Angel Investors.
You will be responsible for lead generation campaign planning and measurement, onboarding activities, community data management, and community building activities.
Programme Management
- Planning and managing community activities around specific EMERGE programmes, e.g. Japan SDG, Taiwan Tourism Tech
- Updating EMERGE team on current and planned programmes
- Supporting management of live programmes
Database Management
- Working with community members to gather relevant information for programme application and participation
- Keeping community online database updated including legal documents and complete company data
- Leading regular retraining sessions of our COGNIAI matching platform cluster-AI
Industry Knowledge
- Keeping up to date on startup programs, subsides and supports offered across our key geographies, e .g. Japan, HK+GBA
- Following and engaging with social media platforms of global startup and acceleration communities
Marketing and Promotion
- Running targeted campaigns to build our startup database of interested companies
- Setting up EventBrite events
- Keeping updated on running programmes status
Personality Qualities
All Mojo team members are 21st century leaders
- Flexible team member with organization ability and specific practice skills
- 3+ years in related startup or entrepreneurial activities for Deeptech/UX/Media/Marketing/Strategy project design/management work experience in one of key verticals (Consumer Electronics, Education, Internet, IT).
- UG/Masters/MBA Degree in IT, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Design Management, Marketing Management
- Strong portfolio featuring digital work that showcases relevant practical experience
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Japanese a bonus)
