Role Description

Business Growth Management

    • Keeping CRM data and sales tracking databases updated (Hubspot)
    • Sales KPI tracking
    • Ensuring all communications by sales team are approved and on-brand
    • Working with Marketing Automation team to drive and measure lead generation and conversion through digital channel
    • Supporting business growth team in business lead generation and pitching
    • Working with the Client Partner to provide up-to-date information to clients
    • Working with Internal Marketing team to report on projects after completion

Industry Knowledge

  • Industry vertical insights (competitor analysis, case studies, opportunity mapping

Client and Team Communication

  • Linking sales team and proposal production team
  • Keeping sales materials updated and organised
  • Running review meetings with prospective clients (face-to-face, call, chat)

Skills Required

  • Flexible team member with organisation ability and specific practice skills
  • 3+ years experience in sales support or project management in one of key verticals (Consumer Electronics, Internet, IT, E-commerce)
  • UG/Masters Degree in Business management, Economics, International Business, Project Management
  • Strong portfolio featuring digital work that showcases relevant practical experience
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Japanese a bonus)
