
How would 7-11 launch in India? This was the business challenge we set for our Masters Students at DSK School of Design India. We are back here for our 7th Masterclass. Our Dr David Williams led 20 students in an intensive 5 day workshop format, which was with an associate from a Japanese consulting company. The three values : convenient, clean and comfortable should be stressed in the new services in India. The workshop combines service design, media with brand strategy as the students present 5 unique business models and experiences for Indian consumers.
